Once the beloved family home of its current owner, this 1950s single-level villa has been thoughtfully restored to create a peaceful haven with warm, earthy tones and understated luxury. Surrounded by its own fragrant orange grove, the villa takes its name from the Greek word portokalia, meaning ‘orange tree’, reflecting its deep connection to the land.
